I have been fortunate to capture key people and moments in South Africa’s social, political and cultural history. Since I immigrated to South Africa in 1994, I have created an extensive archive of images of the key moments in the country’s contemporary history.

For example, during its construction, I became passionate about Constitution Hill, and being on the grounds of a cell. I spent many hours documenting Constitution Hill – eventually met the people who were running the court, judges, prisoners and guards.
